Job Description

As a Technology Compliance & Business Aligned Controls professional, your vision and initiative will drive a risk based, operational excellent, controlled environment. Using industry best practices, you\'ll endeavor to support multiple lines of business and customers to ensure the firms audit and regulatory commitments are met without issue. In addition, you will facilitate collaboration across internal teams, whilst cultivating meaningful relationships with our global clients and business partners to deliver on the firms strategic risk priorities.

Duties include but not restricted to:

• Control self-assessment development and execution
• Internal/External Audit management
• Regulatory engagement management
• Issue & action plan lifecycle management
• Business Resiliency framework design and implementation
• Risk & Control standards design and implementation
• Control process & procedure design and implementation
• Third party High/Critical vendor hygiene and oversight
• Training cross functional teams on compliance requirements
• Risk reporting framework development and presentation

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

Required:

• Bachelor\'s Degree
• Minimum of 3 years\' experience in a Technology Compliance/Operations based role
• Proven track record in Technology Compliance and Business Aligned Controls
• Familiarity with modern technology industry best practices and professional standards
• Experience of working in an Enterprise level IT risk and controls environment
• Experience in operational risk assessment design and execution
• Experience in issue and action plan lifecycle management
• Experience in technology operations business resiliency requirements
• Relevant regulatory experience
• Experience in PCI standards and compliance
• Experience in risk and compliance principles and frameworks
• Familiar with critical facility environments and related security controls
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Analytical mindset with e xcellent attention to detail
• Integrity and professional ethics
• Proven track record in working in broad and diverse teams
• Ability to travel for work assignments
• Demonstrated key stakeholder engagement experience
