The candidate will be responsible to provide pre-sales and customer engagement of data centre services in Singapore and in the region.

Conduct discussions with customers to identify their data centre hosting requirements and design solutions that best meets their needs.
Perform technical presentations of proposed solutions including data centre design and managed hosting services, highlighting the technical and operational benefits to customers.
Design solutions and prepare Tender and RFP proposals and provide effective responses to technical clarifications.
Provide business case analysis to support pricing proposals and escalations.
Co-ordinate with implementation and operations teams on solutions design and its ability to be effectively supported.
Escalate and resolve pre-sales technical issues with internal stakeholders, equipment suppliers or third-party vendors.
Conduct proof of concept for proposed designs and solutions where applicable.
Support seminars and exhibitions and conduct sales training and briefing.
Provide technical sales support to Sales teams to meet the total sales targets.
Collate customers\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and requirements for product development, improvement and enhancement.
