Job Description

- Working Hours: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 9 am \xe2\x80\x93 6.15 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $1,400
- Duration: Permanent
- Checking all the inward documents with the provided list from customer.
- Document Preparation \xe2\x80\x93 Removing documents from bindings, removing staples, removing tags & binders.
- Scanning \xe2\x80\x93 Scanning of documents with production scanner.
- Quality Control \xe2\x80\x93 Checking all the scanned images with original documents and marking all the errors.
- Capturing indexes from documents and populating them in Excel or Word.
- Filling up all the records and reports required for daily production.
- Helping logistic person to receive and deliver documents from various clients.
