Roles & Responsibilities Role The Document Imaging Specialist is a member of a team responsible for service delivery through efficient document scanning operations at an Iron Mountain customer site. It is paramount for the Document Imaging Specialist to be able to provide a balance between efficiency and cost consciousness while delighting the customer by exceeding expectations. Responsibilities Deliver a great service and build strong trusted relationships with client Deliver a range of Document Imaging services and support to the client with minimal or no supervision Receive, sort, batch and prepare hard copy documents for scanning Remove all bindings correctly, without degrading the hard copy document. Repair and prepare hard copy documents for auto-feed scanning as required. Operate and maintain high-speed production scanners equipment to scan hardcopy documents to digital form Ensure that all required physical pages are scanned and all scanned images are clear, complete and orientated correctly Capture data from scanned images accurately and completely within keystrokes performance measurements Perform quality checks on scanning, data entry and final digital output; rework as required. Restore hard copy documents to original form as required for packing into archive boxes Ensure daily record keeping functions are completed and reporting information is maintained Collaborate with the team to problem solve to ensure efficient service delivery that meets SLA Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement All other duties as assigned by management Job Requirements: Minimum of 2-year experience in document processing in a regulated industry (applicants without experience will be considered for entry-level position) Excellent customer service mind-set and good communication skills Proven record working in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment with little to no errors Absolute team player, and look to enjoy working with a close-knit team Attention to detail, responsible and organized Basic computer literacy skills in MS Excel and Word We offer attractive remuneration package and fringe benefits such as AWS, variable bonus, performance incentives, 5 days work, 15 days of annual leave, group medical, dental and life insurance coverage to the successful candidate.
