*New Role - Data Warehouse EUC Support "

We are looking for an Data Warehouse EUC Support a 12 to 24-months Contract Role with high possibility of extension. There is a high chance of extension/conversion based on the performance.

:

• Work closely with service delivery manager for project requirements.
• 75% of the job scope will be business operation automation/mainten ance by End User Computing/EUC (mainly developed by Microsoft Access)
• 25% of the job scope will be maintenance of the others (SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell scrips, SQL server and general Database technology on Windows Server.)
• Support whole SDLC (from Requirement Definition to Go-live phase)
• Lead any related works(e.g. documentation, developing and testing, user communication, user management, etc) for each maintenance tickets assigned to you.
• Futuristically managing all the Datawarehouse EUC Support quality and reporting weekly updated status to the customer.

Requirements:

• 5~8 years of working experience
• Must have at least a degree and working experience in Banking IT unit or supporting to the customer IT unit.
• Must have working experience of developing with any programming language. Microsoft Access VBA (form, query, module, table, report, macro) is preferred.
• Able to think logically and let non-IT end users understand easily
• Able to proactively communicate with stakeholder, partners, and colleagues
• Able to work in a team and between teams
• Able to flexibly adopt to work in a restricted development environment based on strict banking policy.
• Preferred to have JLPT N1/Fluent Business Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking clients.
