Responsibilities

Managing, monitoring and maintaining databases
Maintaining database backup and recovery
Provide solution related to database design and SQL writing to Application Developers
Implement change requests related to development in database such as table design, triggers, and stored procedures
Support application deployment activities
Develop and deploy data patch SQL scripts
Provide solution for SQL query tuning
Perform installation, upgrade and migration of databases
Perform regular database patching and hardening

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle database and MS SQL Server database
Good understanding and experience in database maintenance, troubleshooting and performance tuning
Familiar with SQL script language
Good understanding of Oracle RAC, SQL Server HA solution *- Good problem-solving skills and team player
Experience with MySQL is a plus
