Develop and maintain up-to-date database design documents.
Manage our database environment, including Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and Oracle Restart on Windows platform.
Handle database activities such as upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
Establish and enforce database standards and procedures for our product teams.
Conduct root cause analysis of production-related database issues and provide timely reports to superiors.
Lead ongoing and new projects, providing regular progress updates to the Section Head.
Configure servers and databases, ensuring data integrity is maintained.
Ethically handle private data, including financial and customer information.
Utilize incident and problem management tools, such as Oracle Enterprise Management and ServiceNow.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent qualification.
3 to 10 years of experience in system/database development.
Strong expertise in Oracle Database administration.
Proficiency in scripting, query tuning, optimization, and complex problem-solving.
Extensive knowledge and experience in Database Administration.
Prior leadership experience in IT system development, control, and operations.
Knowledge of banking operations and procedures is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of MongoDB is a plus.
