Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Improves work safety, work quality, and accuracy of data
- Ensures proper check and verification against project documents such as SLD, P&IDs, D&IDs, etc
- Reads all drawings, punch lists, and clearance notes
- Calculates arithmetic on lengths, angles, scales, conversion of units etc
- Marking up drawings with system/ sub-system boundaries
- Coordinates with the site team for progress updates and ensures team members are using the latest revisions of the drawings
- Coordinates and builds a good rapport with both internal and external parties (Contractors, Surveyors, and Clients)
- Assists the Commissioning Manager / Project Manager for Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports
- Possess working experience related to Database set up
- Knowledge in PIMS, FIC, Sispen, Certificate, and other project completion management systems
- Clear understanding of the Project Completion process and familiar with ship systems
- Familiar with the location of major equipment onboard vessels
