Job Description
- Proficient in IBM DB2 database administration.
- Strong expertise in enhancing database performance, performing restores, implementing recovery procedures, handling performance tuning and conducting regular system backups.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes
- Performing DB2 server and client installations. Along with, creating DB2 instances and database and also configuring both databases & instances to achieve the optimal performance.
- Taking manual database backups and also automate the DB backup thru scripts.
