Our client is a provider for the entertainment industry. They are looking for a transport and logistics personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and collect items using
14ft Lorry
Work closely with the procurement & Operation team for daily goods to be sent into production.
Prepare required documents before delivery such as delivery order, invoices from finance, PO and receiving the order
Manage the daily driving schedule, coordinating and ensuring good communication between each department
Assisting with the packing of required items for Mascots/ Costumes / Material and ensure that they are not damaged during the transport.
Ad hoc basis for miscellaneous sorting/ arrangement / minor assembling, packing or dismantling of racking/items.
Maintenance and upkeep of vehicle
Basic communication with clients and to assist clients with requests
To carry materials. Heavy lifting might be required.
Requirements:
Min. Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field
Valid Class 3 driving license
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field
Physically fit to carry heavy items
Able to communicate with colleagues from PRC in basic mandarin for basic task
Proficient in English
Highly discipline and organized
Posses safe driving skills & awareness of the road situation
Able to prioritize, manage different delivery and optimize travel route
Able to create a good impression of company during any touchpoints with clients
