A great Delivery Head, Data Transformation job has become available at one of the leading international banks in Singapore. About the Delivery Head, Data Transformation Role:
This role will play a key part in the delivery of Data Technology Transformation. You will also be responsible of leading a small squad. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the acceleration and delivery of the Data transformation agenda owning the outcomes both financial and non-financial
- Develop and implement Data SRE transformations ensuring that all system components are engineered for fully automated deployments with self-monitoring and self-healing capabilities
- Organise, rationalise, and simplify user-targeted knowledge bases across the Bridge, Confluence, and other places, removing the need for Service requests where possible and ensuring user comments are appropriately addressed.
Lead Data in maximising opportunities to simplify the technology estate and reduce cost
- Execution-focused, with rigorous progress tracking and correlation with outcomes
- Ability to influence the direction and delivery of projects and operate in a matrix structure
- Ability to operate in a matrix structure and influence the direction and delivery of projects
- Gravitas to be able to set the tone, make decisions and drive outcomes that impact multiple stakeholders
- Cloud and Azure development
- Hadoop
- Metadata
