Job description

Inventory planning:

  • Provide planning support to Brands for new business or projects to meet business or customer requirement.
  • Make recommended adjustments to inventory based on changes in demand or trends to facilitate timely action.
Inventory Reports & Analysis
  • Manage Logistics data to ensure its accuracy for usage of reports printing to be used by Finance & Sales team.
  • Conduct cost analysis & prepare reports like comparison for freight, transportation & etc for business decision.
  • Prepare & submit KPI tracker for review & proposal.
Logistics Operations
  • Assist the Brands in the replenishment ordering to ensure that the order references & quantity are in line with the sales demand.
  • Monitor inventory coverage & highlight to Brands on variance for optimum & healthy stock level in relation to sales.
  • Work with Brands on the reduction of slow moving stocks to achieve turnover and warehouse utilization objective.
  • Update Dashboard to facilitate warehouse team\'s awareness of performance & productivity.
Others
  • Backup for Logistics Admin team on Monitor Open consignment to ensure it is closed on time, Open Book synchronization (OBS) to ensure timely update and KPIs for management and review.
  • Assist the Logistics Manager in overseeing the operations of the administration team.
  • Perform any other adhoc relevant tasks as and when required.
Profile

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the incumbent will provide support to the Brands for optimum stock level achievement and effective/efficient cost management via providing input for stock planning and ordering, highlight variance and slow moving stocks and make recommendation based on review.

Professional requirements
  • Qualification in relevant Logistics/Supply chain management with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • SAP SD/MM Module
  • Familiarity with logistics operation as this role will be part of the Logistics team and demand business analysis
  • Figures sensitive and good in analytical skills
