Our Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Retail IT team Dyson\xe2\x80\x99s Global IT \xe2\x80\x93 Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Retail Systems Function \xe2\x80\x93 has end-to-end accountability for the strategic roadmap, design, delivery, and support of all business applications enabling Dysons global planning, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain and retail business processes. Forming a large proportion of the IT Function, the team is arranged into three business and technology-focused domains:

• Manufacturing & Planning Systems

• Supply Chain Systems

• Retail Systems

The role Reporting to the Business Analyst Lead \xe2\x80\x93 Supply Chain Systems, you will be accountable for analysis & business requirements. The business analyst leads and supports activities such as requirements workshops, as-is process & system analysis and to-be business requirements. He/she has a good understanding of supply chain solutions & process.
The role is responsible for

• Supporting analysis activity in order to elicit requirements and inform business decisions.
• Working on the implementation and enhancement of single large or multiple small information systems, in line with business needs and ensure benefits realisation
• Investigating, analysing and reviewing system & business documentation.
• Identifying and evaluating options for improving business systems

• Devise and plan analysis approach for large scale projects
• Review others\xe2\x80\x99 work products ensuring appropriate quality
• Supporting the definition of requirements for improving processes and systems.
• Supporting the creation of user stories and iteration of acceptance criteria in preparation for the deployment of information and communication systems.
• Producing business models and assisting in the development of business cases.

• Supporting technical teams in data & integration requirements
• Working independently or collaboratively on complex situations and tasks.
• Identifying new alternative and innovative approaches to performing business activities.
• Providing coaching and mentoring to other business analysts & associates
• Providing specialist advice as a Subject matter expert to stakeholders on complex system & process issues.

Core Competencies

• Good knowledge of business analysis frameworks
• Good working knowledge of collaboration platforms & tools (Confluence / Jira, MS Teams)
• SAP implementation & product management experience

• Demonstrated functional knowledge of supply chain systems such as ERP, order management, warehouse & transportation management.
• Experience of managing business case creation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Must be confident working with all levels of management to elicit & clarify business requirements
• Some travel may be required
• You must have minimal 6 years of relevant experience
