The Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) portfolio connects the office, trailer and field so customers can move seamless thoroughly each phase of a building's lifecycle - from design and pre-construction to construction, turnover and operations. ACS is looking for a highly motivated regional specialist to execute digital marketing campaigns and activities that support the growth of Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) in Asia Pacific. Part of the growing APAC marketing team, you will report to the Head of Demand and ABM APAC. You will be working closely with digital agencies, Creative Design, Field Marketing, Content and BDR teams in region and at headquarters to succeed. This is a hands-on execution role requiring self direction and specialist knowledge. Your core focus is to fuel our growth with extremely effective online acquisition campaigns via paid digital channels for the APAC market. Responsibilities Execute, manage and optimize paid digital campaigns in APAC, working with and providing direction to agencies. This includes paid search, social, display and/or other digital channels Support the execution of Email, Sponsored Emails, and Content Syndication and other paid media activities with B2B marketing partners in APAC Manage and update the inventory and calendar of multi-channel paid media activities to align with regional/field marketing campaigns Manage the process and carry out all the operational setup requirements to successfully execute digital paid media campaigns A/B test or execute Demand Generation experiments that continually optimize campaigns, in collaboration with agencies Ensure campaign executions are within budget and timelines Using systems/tools, work with the agencies, Marketing Operations and Sales Operations, to track, measure and analyze campaign performance, lead volumes and pipeline impact metrics, including ROI. Interlock with the BDR team and account teams to track lead generation, lead conversion and feedback on campaign outcomes. Continually identify opportunities for improvement through quantitative analytics and qualitative feedback Present performance results and insights to management and wider team on a regular basis Manage the day-to-day operations of the digital agency, including optimising media planning, media buying and ad/channel performance Expand into new digital channels, platforms, audiences and content through testing and pilots Look beyond clickthroughs and build relevant journeys that convert traffic into leads Create and optimize campaign landing pages and forms in campaign activations, where needed Ensure content and design adhere to brand identity guidelines Support the logistical execution of virtual events including webinars Minimum Qualifications Degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent professional training / experience 5+ years of experience in multi-channel digital marketing across APAC markets, preferably in enterprise software/SaaS.Proven track record in executing successful digital paid media campaigns for demand generation and pipeline building that are localized for APAC region. Experience in developing, briefing, delivering, managing, optimizing and measuring paid digital campaigns Hands-on execution with effective task and time management skills Experience in collaborating with and managing marketing agencies or vendors to execute paid media campaigns, working with Design teams/agencies to organise creative assets for campaigns Self-directed team player who is also able to work independently Strong attention to detail Can-do attitude and ready to 'roll up the sleeves' to get the job done Excellent written and verbal communication skills In-depth, specialist knowledge of running campaigns on key digital advertising platforms/technologies in APAC, martech as well as analytics tools Metric-driven mindset, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills Operational knowledge and experience with A/B multivariate testing, first-party and third-party data segments and programmatic advertising. Solid understanding of buying process with publishers and content syndication placements Strong understanding of best practices and audience behaviours in digital advertising channels Strong acumen in data analytics, marketing metrics and segmentation Extensive experience in creating and optimising landing pages for gated content and virtual/in-person events used in demand generation campaigns Experience in establishing and optimising digital channel performance measurement and analysis capability (including tag set up and reporting) Understanding and compliance to regional data privacy and opt-in legislation, such as 'Do Not' Registers (DNCR, DNMR and related) across APAC markets Ability to synthesise data into comprehensive reports for all levels of staff Proficiency in Marketo will be highly regarded, including email drip and nurture campaign design and development capability Fluency in an Asian language highly desirable Experience in or understanding of Construction industry is an advantage #LI-POST At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
