Job Description
Supply Chain Demand Planner
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, delivery and supply issues. Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring fast resolution and high customer satisfaction. Collaborating with various teams to manage demand changes to ensure suppliers' loading meets business guidelines given by the strategy team. Analyse material flow and utilise production scheduling techniques to manage cell planning and production schedules to support on-time delivery to customers. Partner with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to plan, expedite, and facilitate smooth material movements. Managing inventory to ensure compliance with safety stock target, FIFO rules, to minimise excess or obsolescence and quarterly scrap. Close coordination with inter-departments to resolve Planning/scheduling/shipment-related issues. Proficient in MS Excel and handling basic data analysis to conduct proper forecasting
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Strong communication and analytical skills Highly organised, meticulous and precise Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes with corrective and preventive actions Preferred knowledge on SAP B1
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain or business
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month
