Demand Planner

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Demand Planner to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will manage order placement, processing and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. You will oversee demand and supply commitments, coordinate with internal teams and serve as the main point of contact for customers

Fulfilment responsibilities:

Manage the full order-to-delivery process, from purchase order processing to shipment coordination Responsible in managing customers' accounts, driving shipment/revenue, reviewing on raw materials requirements and customer forecast. Act as main contacts for customers, coordinate with internal teams to meet customers requirements. Liaise with customers to handle inquiries and resolve fulfilment issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and streamline logistics To manage, plan, analyse and oversee demand & supply commitments Analyse supply and demand patterns to forecast future requirements and proactively address potential issues Implement and support new processes to meet the evolving needs of the business. Manage product configurations and BOMs within the Fulfilment Database. To support business/department requirements through the preparation and analysis of reports Maintain accurate records and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in related supply chain role will be an advantage Proficiency in oral and written communication in English. Proficient in MS office - Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word. Detail oriented and good time management Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
