The deliverables of this position serve as the instrument to carry out and fulfill the Materials Requirement Plan and Weekly Production Schedule.Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management
• Must have at least 2 years of working experience as a Planner in Supply Chain/Logistics in a food manufacturing setting
• Must have at least above average skill in MS Excel
• Must be organized and detail-oriented in monitoring and reporting

Your scope of duties include:

• Creating demand forecasts (sales and operations) at multiple levels of aggregate with weekly and monthly time horizons.
• Preparing Materials Requirement Plan.
• Reviewing historical sales growth, sales to trade, achievement and other demand drivers as tools in developing statistical forecast models.
• Reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast data to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
• Coordinating with sales and marketing to obtain and ensure that the information used for demand forecasts are current and accurate.
• Creating the scheduling to minimize production time and cost with objective to maximize the efficiency of the operations.
• Providing inputs to the Monthly Production Plan in developing Weekly Production Schedule.
• Making report of Daily Adherence to the Plan, S& OP and CSL (customer service level).
• Performs other duties as may be required.
