Job Description
Fulfilment responsibilities:
Manage the full order-to-delivery process, from purchase order processing to shipment coordination Responsible in managing customers' accounts, driving shipment/revenue, reviewing on raw materials requirements and customer forecast. Act as main contacts for customers, coordinate with internal teams to meet customers requirements. Liaise with customers to handle inquiries and resolve fulfilment issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and streamline logistics To manage, plan, analyse and overseedemand & supply commitments Analyse supply and demand patterns to forecast future requirements and proactively address potential issues Implement and support new processes to meet the evolving needs of the business. Manage product configurations and BOMs within the Fulfilment Database. To support business/department requirements through the preparation and analysis of reports Maintain accurate records and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement * Perform other assigned duties
