Kerry Interim is currently hiring a Demand Planner to work onsite with a supply chain management company to act as the escalation window on matters relating to demand planning and inventory management and report to Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities: As a Demand Planner, you will regulate purchases according to forecast and gather feedback from the respective Sales/Account Manager to address customers\xe2\x80\x99 demands and expectations. Proactively review and analyze data/information to detect abnormality in advance and trigger action plans with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and exposure to the company. Conduct gap analysis based on customers\xe2\x80\x99 forecasts and formulate a priority action list for buyers to execute. Implement effective Inventory Control to minimize exposure. Work with Sales (Customer Services and Sales Managers) to manage inventory turnover in order to reduce aging stock. Utilize system (ERP) capabilities to generate reports to facilitate efficient and effective data analysis. Conduct regular (daily/alternate day) meetings with buyers to ensure all PR and backlog orders to vendors are processed without delay and status are updated in the system for tracking/monitoring purposes. Communicate effectively to co-workers on your instructions and harness the support and co-operations from cross-functional teams.
