They aim to maintain and improve their current performance both locally and regionally of which they are seeking for a Demand Planning Executive to be based at their HQ in Singapore. Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, your main responsibilities will include demand planning and being the liaison between various business units and brands across APAC. You will need to gather relevant information from the market and drive the coordination of delivery, orders, invoices, forecasts as well as help ease any operational problems. Your responsibilities include: Capturing monthly sales forecast into the system by the required deadline Proforma and budget for large orders must be aligned with Area Managers for final approval before packing and shipping to HQ Customer Service To ensure that all forecasts are in alignment with the budgets and quotas of SKUs To ensure all forecasts are consistent by conducting sales analysis based on previous history as well as data cleansing To monitor and control the KPI demands for best accuracy of forecast To prepare S&OP and KPI reports of forecasts monthly To participate in any projects relevant to Demand & Supply Planning To ensure that supply and demand plans are reconciled with respective teams in order to prevent surplus inventory or shortfalls for new launches, production shortages, or unforeseen demand spikes Ensure usage of Demand Planning forecasting tool. The Successful Applicant You should have a Degree in Supply Chain / Business or other relevant disciplines and have at least of 3 years of related working experience in demand and supply planning within the Retail/FMCG industry . It is essential that you possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge and experience in SAP or statistical forecasting tool such as IBP/JDA will be an added advantage.
