An exciting Demand Planning Manager job opportunity has become available at a leading retailer in Singapore.

About the Demand Planning Manager Role:
This role reports to the Supply Chain Director and will allow the successful candidate to work closely with all supply chain and commercial teams across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver volume forecast, key forecast changes and risks and opportunities for the business
• Monitor KPIs and perform root cause analysis
• Drive overall ownership and accountability for the business volume forecast process
• Develop and drive action plans to improve forecast accuracy and build sustainable demand planning capability (people, process, and system)
• Lead and provide direction to a team of planning executives
• Work with the regional and local commercial/marketing team to incorporate SEA category development into the overall initiative design and ensure initiative readiness
• Develop phase-in and phase-out strategy working with the commercial team

To be successful in this role, you will need strong end-to-end knowledge of demand planning and data analysis.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in business, supply chain and/or logistics management is highly preferred
• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS office applications
• Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, statistical forecasting and related processes
