An exciting Demand Planning Manager job opportunity has become available at a leading FMCG (alcohol) company in Singapore.

About the Demand Planning Manager Role:
Reporting to the Associate Director, Supply Chain, the successful candidate will work closely with all supply chain and commercial teams across the organisation. You will be supported by one direct report.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly demand review planning meetings and executive S&OP meetings
• Lead top line forecasting of sales in Anaplan
• Ensure end-to-end business communications in place to maximise visibility of forecast changes and impact on wider business
• Play a crucial role in the allocation process
• Act as the key representative of the demand planning team in relevant supply chain and operations optimisation projects

To be successful in this role, you will need strong end-to-end knowledge of demand planning, including taking the lead on the S&OP process.

Key Requirements:

• Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in demand planning and S&OP roles
• Experience in supply planning or supply chain is an advantage
• Must have experience in the alcohol, luxury or FMCG industry
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
