Job Description
Responsibilities
- Clinic/ staff management
- Maintenance of the general cleanliness of the clinic
- Answering patient inquiries
- Making appointments
- Administrative work including rostering of staff/ dentists
- Assisting the dentist in clinical procedures and sterilization of dental instruments and equipment if needed
- Handle impromptu events or staff matters within the clinics
- Create, review and execute Operation SOPs
- Plan monthly duty roster of dental assistants
- Manage group level procurement of dental materials
- Handle escalated customer feedback and complaint
- Team player
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experienced required
- Must be able to work nights and weekends based on clinic roster
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures
- Location - Hougang, Bidadari, Paya Lebar
