Job Description



Company : Pharmaceutical MNC Location : Tuas Company transport : Available at various pickup points Responsibilities:

  • Support procurement activities, e.g. raising purchase requisition (Shopping cart) and and invoice/goods receipt for respective departments
  • Support finance activities e.g. process invoices
  • Support the department in organising meetings and events
  • Travel arrangement for overseas visitors and team members
  • Coordination of weekly meeting, including compilation of monthly reports
  • Any other duties as assigned by Line Manager
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Professional Secretarial Certificate or equivalent
  • At least 5 years in administrative assistant or secretarial experience, supporting higher management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good command of spoken & written English
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office
