Support procurement activities, e.g. raising purchase requisition (Shopping cart) and and invoice/goods receipt for respective departments
Support finance activities e.g. process invoices
Support the department in organising meetings and events
Travel arrangement for overseas visitors and team members
Coordination of weekly meeting, including compilation of monthly reports
Any other duties as assigned by Line Manager
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma / Professional Secretarial Certificate or equivalent
At least 5 years in administrative assistant or secretarial experience, supporting higher management
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good command of spoken & written English
Good computer knowledge in MS Office
