Job Responsibilities:

Manage a department performing electrical/electronics/mechanical related maintenance and projects.
Responsible and ensure contractual Service Level Agreement satisfy or exceed customer requirements/expectations, involving several contracts.
Manage a team of engineers/technicians.
Managing departmental budget and forecasting budgetary requirements.
Maintain high levels of productivity for the department
Ensure the highest levels of quality, safety and security are met.
Meet sales targets assigned by Division Manager.
Contribute in Business Proposals to customers related to department domain

Job Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Management or related fields, preferably mechatronics/EEE and/or with relevant MRO experience.
Able to coach, lead and guide a team of engineers/technicians to their highest potential.
Good thinking and innovative skills and able to think out of the box.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate should possess good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels.
