Job Responsibilities
- Assist in Infineum plant to assist operation supervisors in scheduling outbound and inbound tanks. (Infineum)
- Assist in Infineum plant to coordinate export and IDP tanks including efficient empty tank return to depot for ultilization. (Infineum)
- Assist in Infineum plant for summary preparation on daily Transhipment Orders and discharging VDO reports. (Infineum)
- Ensure to update the Operation Co-ordinator on all tank status in each section at least 2 times daily. i.e by 0815 for tank activities in the previous day and by 1200 for tank activities completed in the morning. This includes additional updates required by the Operations Coordinator in Conterm and Infineum SAP with TLS tagging. (Depot)
- Ensure to carry out immediate tank exterior survey and submit Equipment Inspection Report in EIR surveyors absence for in-coming and out-going tanks. Report Operations Coordinator and the Operations Manager promptly on major damages. (Depot)
- Ensure to channel tank information on tank specification, tank condition, tank status, tank movement and customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirement among the Operations Co-ordinator, the Supervisors and independent surveyors clearly and timely. (Depot)
- Assist Operation Coordinator to oversee correct flow of tank activities are carried out in the depot. Inform Operation Coordinator when bunching occurs. (Depot)
- To report Depot Manager on any improper procedures and arrangements made for investigation and corrective actions. (Depot)
Job Requirements
- GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 or \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level
- Possess minimum 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of experience
- Work location: Jurong Island (Company transport is provided at designated pickup point)
