The Company
Our Client is a social service agency delivering a wide range of programmes and services for early intervention for pre-schoolers, education and integration support for children and adults with additional needs, social assistance for vulnerable families, and care services for seniors.
The Role
Supporting the CEO, the incumbent is responsible for leading the overall operations and management responsibility and to instil a culture of continuous learning and drive capability development programmes to grow a skilled, efficient and productive workforce.
The Candidate
Ideally, the candidate should with 15 years of experience and a background in Healthcare Operations and have played a key role in leading multiple business or organizational units with experience in driving strategic directions, and operational excellence. A background in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy will be highly advantageous.
