What the role is
PAHR mission is to plan, recruit, develop, manage and recognise PA staff so as to build capabilities and maximise their potentials in pursuits of PA strategic goals. We strive to be able to meet the manpower needs, effectively and in a timely way, sustainably over the medium to long term; as well as managing the health of manpower resources, in areas such as conduct and discipline, culture and progression and development.
As the Deputy Director (HR Ops, Personnel Planning & Policy), you will play a lead role in talent acquisition, branding strategy, business partnering and HR operations.
What you will be working on
You will guide multiple teams of Managers and work with senior management in the following areas:
Talent acquisition
Develop an employer brand strategy and talent management framework
Implement strategies to recruit and deploy candidates with relevant skills sets to meet PA manpower needs
Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing, facilitating interviews, offer management and administrative follow-up
Engage, develop and mange talent pool
Business partnering
Aligns PA’s objectives with HR initiatives and solution for both staff and management
Manage a strong, effective and transparent delivery of communication with different PA stakeholders
Provide HR advice to divisions and staff
HR Operations - Policy
Harness technologies to transform operations and ensure effective delivery of HR services
Responsible for staff data maintenance and administration for recruitment, emplacement, staff movements and exit management
Reviews policies related to HR operations and talent management
What we are looking for
At least 10 to 15 years in managing HR functions
Strong leadership skills and HR acumen and be able to work in a fast-changing and dynamic environment
Strong analytical skills with ability to make good judgement calls
Strong team-player
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to manage various stakeholders
