JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Deputy Director, Senior Asso Director, Faculty Finance to join their team!

Reporting to Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of the University, the incumbent will provide the overall financial and operational support to the College.

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Finance Business Partnering - provide insightful financial data and advisory to stakeholders with an aim to ensure financial sustainability in the faculty
• Financial & Management Reporting - Prepare management reports to keep stakeholders informed of the faculty\'s finances so as to assist them in making better informed decisions
• Budget, Planning & Monitoring - Provide support in preparing annual budget call exercise, All Funds Income & Expenditure projections and forecasts, and budget resource allocation
• Financial Controls & Compliance - Ensure the financial processes are well controlled and efficient
• Other Duties - Assist in any other finance and accounting related functions and reporting requirements

- Liaise with Office of Finance on the accounting and quarterly reporting of revenue, expenditure and balance sheet reports as well as cash management
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications
• Minimum 10- 15 years of relevant working experience
• Prior working experience with Institute of Higher Learning/Education/Government Sector is an advantage
• Demonstrated track record in building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at various levels
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Meticulous and ability to work under pressure to meet tight schedules
• Proven record in managing, transforming and developing a high-performing team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel and standard office software
• Knowledge of SAP financial application in project and fund management systems will be an advantage
