[What you will be working on]
As a middle manager, you will coach a high performing team to enhance their job performance, develop professional competence, unlock their potential to achieve Enterprise Academy\'s mandate.Applying an eco-system approach in engaging a diversity of partners, cultivating communities of influence and thought leadership, you will lead, shape and execute strategies to build organisational sustainability in one of three key domain areas:
1) Early Talent Attraction and Engagement;
2) Capability Development; and
3) Organisation EnablementResponsibilities in Organisation EnablementYou will design, shape and implement a holistic, data driven, evidence-based knowledge management and capability development strategy, and an effective, future ready operating model for Enterprise Academy that promotes user-centricity across our products, processes and systems to deliver exceptional experiences for our internal clients that aligns with our business goals and meets strategic imperatives.
You will lead strategic organisation development initiatives from design through to implementation, applying behavioural insights, design thinking, user and service design practices.
You will synthesise user data, review EA\'s key programmes/products and services, process and system workflows from domains (Capability Development, Talent), and re-design the user experience, optimise processes using innovative approaches, to achieve standards in 1) operational excellence and efficiency, 2) efficacy via data reporting, analysis and insights, and 3) exceptional experiences.
You will ensure sustainable delivery of quality experiences and standards of efficiency which include the development of user journey and process/workflow maps, user-intuitive guidelines and playbooks.Principal Accountabilities
  • Working closely with peer leaders in establishing design principles, developing key performance indicators (KPIs), integrating data sources and streamlining reporting products across systems and workflows to implement a best-in-class target operating model for Enterprise Academy
  • Accelerating data, insights and agile capabilities within Enterprise Academy, Human Capital Group and across the organisation, in collaboration with Transformation teams for greater impact.
  • Spearheading knowledge management strategy and innovative approaches that elevates organisational learning and development
  • Reviewing standards, establishing and maintaining relevant documentation/assets, progress reporting mechanisms to align the team in achieving standards of efficiency and elevating excellence in Academy\'s operations such as learning processes, learning policies, learning and knowledge platforms (Intranet)
  • Leading process re-engineering initiatives including engaging key stakeholders - EA or HC leadership team, HR business partners, business leaders, Procurement, Finance and Administration teams, employee, to gather/validate requirements that are of significant value, and co-creating solutions
  • Cultivating partnerships with internal and external knowledge partners to develop innovative solutions to improve organisational learning and enhance internal Human Capital Communications via platforms like Intranet
  • Leading cross-functional workgroups and project managing selected strategic initiatives such as designing and implementing implement best-in-class operating model that enables HCG to achieve strategic priorities.
  • Championing User/Service Design, Design Thinking (iterative problem-solving), Innovation (continuous improvement) and Change Engagement thus fostering a culture of innovation and agility.
[What are we looking for]
(Requirements) For success in this role, you should be/have:
  • Knowledge demonstrated through experience in one or more of the following:
o Social science domains such as Psychology, Cognitive Science, Behavioural insights.
o Change management with certifications in PROSCI or similar, and Transformation to a target operating model - structure, process, ways of working and governance.
o Service/Learner design and design thinking - enhancements to existing and development of new products and services.
o Human capital domain areas such as Learning & Development, HR Policy, Operations & Technology.
  • Skills in one or more of the following areas:
o Business Process Re-engineering - activity analysis, workflow and process review and design, change impact assessment and solution design.
o Analytical - analyse data, translate analytics to insights to inform decision making.
o Project management - scope projects, breakdown deliverables and activities and manage timelines.
o Digital - use of generative AI tools, workflow improvement/project management tools.
o Change leadership - inspire teams to innovate, embark on and/or participate in transformative projects.
o Communication - brevity in writing, and able to deliver succinct and impactful presentations.
o Interpersonal - able to engage and influence a diversity of stakeholder groups.
