: Division: ASEAN & India Sales & Marketing Group Division and Regional Strategic Planning Report to: Director of ASEAN & India Sales & Marketing Functional Relationships with: HQ in : Division: ASEAN & India Sales & Marketing Group Division and Regional Strategic Planning Report to: Director of ASEAN & India Sales & Marketing Functional Relationships with: HQ in Japan, Liaises with Sales and Customer services in ASEAN, India, Oceania region and worldwide Murata Affiliates. Position Profile: Based in Singapore Key Duties & Responsibilities: Support management in the decision-making and operation process of the sales companies in ASEAN & India Sales & Marketing. Plan, implement, manage, and evaluates effective sales and marketing activities including organizing events, internal staff coordination, budget tracking, and facilitating logistic arrangement to achieve the company Vision and Policy. ASEAN & India Sales & Marketing role: Create Vision and Policy for ASEAN & India Sales & Marketing. Visualize sales activities and result via SFDC and sales and order statistics data. Analyzing statistics reports daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly. Handle new customer accounts, product, and production code set up and maintain the regional customer database. Contribute to the development and implementation of annual marketing plans. Ad-Hoc support data/report to Sales managers, Account Department managers, Japan HQ Planning, Business unit members. Work closely with the sales and account departments, Japan HQ Planning, and Business Unit members. As an internal trainer for education about Sales, Business, and Products Planning related skill and knowledge Policy, Strategy alignment, and coordination of PJT by collaborating with Japan HQ or other group companies in Japan. To initiate periodical meetings with Japan HQ or other group companies to solve problems in Sales & Marketing and Regional Strategic Planning division. Regional Strategic Planning role: Build and maintain internal and external information exchange network. Conduct secondary research including work with research consultant companies, reviewing and analyzing research data, and adding recommendations to the analysis Support internal and external data analytics for the marketing plan, hypothesize, develop scenarios, and review the implementation plan with the New Business Development team, Strategic Target account sales team, Marketing Communication team, etc. An internal trainer for education about strategic analysis-related skills and knowledge Ability/Competency Required: Degree in Marketing or Business Administration related disciplines Minimum 15 years of prior experience in manufacturing industries Management experience for the organization in a global company Strategic Marketing Fundamentals (PESTLE analysis, Porters Five Forces, BCG Matrix, Mckinsey 7S, SWOT, BMC, BSC etc.) Equip with Critical & logistical thinking and analytical skills Project and team management, leadership and facilitation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Japanese speaking is required to liaise with clients and/or headquarters in Japan The ability of self, team members-learning, and development Extensive knowledge and expertise in strategy, sales, and marketing Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
