• Optimize internal processes and workflows to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.
• Leverage your extensive experience in institutional, wealth management, and retail distribution to propel our success.
• Collaborate closely with our esteemed parent company and affiliated entities within our corporate group.
• Take a pivotal role in Channel Sales, with a primary focus on retail banking, private banking, family office, and wholesale activities.
• Promote a diverse range of locally tailored, China-themed fixed income and equity funds.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Master\'s degree or above, with a preferred focus on finance, economics, management, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrate an impressive track record of 10-15 years in sales and marketing roles within the financial industry.
• Possess unwavering conscientiousness, a hunger for continuous learning, exceptional execution skills, and a resilience to thrive under pressure.
• Exhibit fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), empowering you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
