Responsibilities:

To formulate and carry out strategic procurement and contracts management supports for all directly invested projects
To review cost assumptions for new projects
To provide assistance and guidance to other departments on their procurement activities
To support Risk Management in screening, strengthening contracts and procurement practices and SOPs for joint-venture projects
Review project\'s Procurement and Contracts Management policies and processes
Oversee Project\'s QS procurement and contracts management works

Requirements:

Degree in Building / QS
At least 10 years of working experience in Developer / Consultancy
Regional experience will be a plus
Professional qualification from recognized Quantity Surveying Professional bodies (eg SISV,RICS,MRICS) will be a plus
