Are you ready to take the next big step in your automotive industry career? Our client high-volume auto dealership seeks a full-time Deputy Head Senior Manager to oversee their EV European Automotive Brand .
Responsibilities:
You will oversee daily operations and assist sales and service managers in setting big but realistic goals.
Provide direction to a team of people and manage overall operational policies, business administration, operations, revenue generation plans, etc.
Work closely with the HQ/ Principal in Europe and other executives to lead the vision of the business.
Recruit and drive development of employees, Managing the team according to the business policies in place.
Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met
Recruit, hire, and train service managers, office managers, and sales/finance department managers to meet profit levels
Assist with the creation of affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sale and brand visibility
Attend manager meetings and establish good working relationships with owners, managers, and dealership staff to establish sales processes and recommend daily unit sales
Implement growth strategies that align with automotive group objectives by carefully assessing profit and loss while maintaining vehicle inventory that meets the needs of the local market
Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and completion before sharing with upper dealership management
Requirements:
Ideal candidates for this position should have a track record of successful management positions with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in running a Electric Automotive Brand , and a strong desire to succeed with integrity.
Experience in Automotive or EV is a MUST
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering / business management
Over 5 years of working experience with about 3 years in a management position experience in a sales manager or Head position for a dealership or auto group is necessary
Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends
Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements are necessary for success
Ability to manage overall operations of a business and lead the team to success.
Good command of Mandarin is a MUST
