Collaborate with Tenant to understand their design basis, and ensure their requirements align with existing facility infrastructure and operational standards.
Review any documents and drawings provided by Tenant from a process engineering perspective and coordinate to gather input from other disciplines as necessary.
Analyze complex technical issues in the tenant\'s design and propose recommendations or strategies to assist in decision-making and address any identified issues.
Participate in all Technical Health, Safety and Environment (THSE) activities and risk assessments, ensuring that Tenant\'s project/s adhere to relevant THSE standards.
Participate in any technical study that may affect the contract arrangement with the tenant and provide feedback to internal stakeholders to help them understand the development.
Ensure proper documentation of all reviews and compliance checks.
Assist the Project Development Lead in the preparation of monthly report for internal management review.
Assist the Product Development Lead in ad-hoc project coordination activities.
Coordinate with external consultants and review their deliverables to ensure their basis is aligned with the tenant\'s requirements.
Support in-house feasibility study and lead the development of process concept and requirements to ensure the functionality meets the business intention.
Assess, share and establish global best practices and learning with special focus on facility development standardization and repeatability.
Collaborate with the organization\'s subsidiary and provide advisory from process engineering viewpoint where necessary.
Guide and coach less experienced engineers to develop their process engineering competency.
The Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in engineering (Chemical/Process preferred) with minimum 5 years of working experience in Oil & Gas industry, involving engineering design.
Experience in Technical Assurance, process safety, and project oversight, preferably large-scale EPC projects across the different project stages.
Strong understanding of design principles, THSE standards, quality requirements and facility integration processes.
