Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:You will play a pivotal role in planning and overseeing the Transition Project, coordinating people and processes to deliver workstreams on time and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives. In this role, you will, \xe2\x80\xa2 Define Transition Project objectives, project scope, roles and responsibilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Define resource requirements for the Transition Project and manage resource availability and allocation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare detailed project plans to schedule key project milestones, workstreams and activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead project planning sessions, coordinating staff and internal resources. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage delivery of the Transition Project according to project plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Track progress of project and provide regular reports to Project Team and key stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and/ or budget \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and mitigate potential risks \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the relationship and communication with the workstreams and stakeholders, ensuring the Transition Project is delivered to satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Function as the point of liaison between the Project Team and senior management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Overseeing project documentation.What we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least eight (8) years\' working experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven working experience as a project administrator in multi-disciplinary projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving capabilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in a complex business environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong personal initiative and resourcefulness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people across all levels. The level of offer will commensurate with applicants\' experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
