Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:You will play a pivotal role in planning and overseeing the Transition Project, coordinating people and processes to deliver workstreams on time and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives. In this role, you will, Define Transition Project objectives, project scope, roles and responsibilities. Define resource requirements for the Transition Project and manage resource availability and allocation. Prepare detailed project plans to schedule key project milestones, workstreams and activities. Lead project planning sessions, coordinating staff and internal resources. Manage delivery of the Transition Project according to project plans. Track progress of project and provide regular reports to Project Team and key stakeholders Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and/ or budget Identify and mitigate potential risks Manage the relationship and communication with the workstreams and stakeholders, ensuring the Transition Project is delivered to satisfaction. Function as the point of liaison between the Project Team and senior management. Overseeing project documentation.What we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. At least eight (8) years\' working experience. Proven working experience as a project administrator in multi-disciplinary projects. Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in a complex business environment. Strong personal initiative and resourcefulness. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people across all levels. The level of offer will commensurate with applicants\' experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
