The Job

Cleanroom and Project Management

1) Operate and maintain cleanroom services and facilities in good serviceable condition and in accordance to the maintenance program to maximize efficiency and minimize maintenance and energy costs.

2) Direct and drive effort to ensure continuity of cleanroom operation and maintain zero interruption to manufacturing activities

3) Direct and drive training and certifications effort to ensure professional competency for all level of operations

4) Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards

5) Direct and drive productivity, safety and operation efficiency through LEAN, Safety and 5S program

6) As an effectual interface to manufacturing operations, Facility and Quality team members, supporting day-to-day operations, project ramp and plant start-up / shutdown activities

7) Determine the schedule and budgetary expenses required during CAPEX preparation

8) Conceptualize, plan and lead the Facilities expansion and new Clean room and facilities expansions

9) Provide leadership for space management activities

10) Ensure the implementation of the business continuity, business recovery and crisis management.

Profile

Requirements

• The candidate should possess a BSc or Beng in Engineering from a recognized institute of higher learning.
• Experience in wafer fab facilities process systems is fairly uncommon since such systems are highly specialized and sophisticated. In house experience is thus highly valued.
• Candidates with experience in cleanroom construction and operation
• Minimum 6-10 years of Facility Management experience in Semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Great leadership, interpersonal skills and team building spirit.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in project management and managing contractors.
• Good anticipation, analytical skills, with problem solving aptitude
• Strong understanding of building codes, EH&S laws, regulations and best practices and the ability to interpret/translate these into compliance activities.
• Experience supporting a Clean Room Manufacturing Environment, including knowledge of hazardous production materials (gases, liquids, etc.).
• Able to Lead multiple, simultaneous comprehensive programs with multiple internal and external partners and drive those programs to successful completion.
• Able to gather, synthesize and assess data; develop fact-based and compelling cases.
