Job Description

• Assisting the QMR for the implementation, certification and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System & Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000.
• Assisting the QMR in ensuring that the processes needed for the ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems & Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000 are established, implemented and maintained.
• Reports to the QMR on the performance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System & Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000 periodically.
• Identifies and proposes to the QMR areas and needs for improvement in order to enhance the performance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System & Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000.
• Assisting the QMR in ensuring that the promotion and awareness of the customer requirements throughout the organization is well informed.
• Monitor the implementation of QMS & FSSC activity plans and programs and other related activities that may arise from time to time.
• Responsible in the implementation, control and management of documentation system and requirement related to quality management system based on the Document Control Procedure and Control Records Procedure.
• Liaises with external parties on matters relating to the ISO 9001 QMS & FSSC 22000 in the absence of the QMR or if assigned by the QMR. Interacting with the certification body for pre and post certification needs.
• Assisting the QMR in Identifying and inducting external agency / agencies for support and training needs in the matter of ISO 9001 Quality Management System & Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000.
• Assisting the QMR in planning and organizing audit programs to ensure the proper implementation and maintenance of required processes.
• Assisting the QMR in monitoring, reviewing, analyzing, and deliberating results of internal quality audit and corrective actions to ensure its effectiveness.
• And, any other job to be assigned by the QMR, provided, the task is related to the nature of his assignment.
