He/she will lead the Business Tech Transformation Team\'s efforts within the Performance and People Pillars, collaborating closely with key stakeholders such as Digital & Data, Sales & Marketing, Assets Management, Retail, Food & Beverage, HR, and IT teams. Proven track record of successfully leading transformation projects in a corporate environment especially in driving guest experience, e-commerce, revenue systems, and projects relating to productivity and efficiency improvements.\xc2\xb7 Strong expertise in design thinking methodologies and experience in applying them to drive innovative solutions and user-centric designs.
