Summary:
- Responsible for elevating the guest experience and amplifying Tipsy Brand awareness through design elements and merchandise development.
- Communicate with management to understand each venues unique needs and help to bring ideas to life through 3D design and renderings.
- Assist teams to source and purchase products where needed.
- Engage with Angels and guests to gather feedback and insight to further tailor brand needs to target intended markets.
- All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with all Tipsy Collective policies and procedures.
- Merchandise product design
- Creative prototype development
- 3D modelling and graphic design
- Merchandise inventory sales forms
- Submit all claim forms on a weekly basis
- Oversee Angel programming on a weekly basis to gather feedback from staff and guests to pinpoint areas of growth opportunity and effectiveness of branding
- Assist Marketing Department on various projects when a design element is needed
- Source and purchase of select products when needed
- Design and customization of existing products purchased online
- Fluent in Adobe Software programs
- Proficient in 3D modelling programs, such as Rhinoceros 3D
- Successfully communicate with HQ teams to effectively complete projects
- Completion of given work in the allotted timeline or sooner
- Visual eye for aesthetics and a keen knowledge for current style trends
- Able to travel to various venues when needed
- Punctual and detail oriented.
- Ability to communicate in basic English with guests and co-workers. Additional languages are a plus.
