PURPOSE: Design and develop marketing collaterals and sales tools which will boost our Graphic Communications (GC) Sales teams\xe2\x80\x99 performance in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region Operating Companies (OpCos). The goal is to increase the generation of leads, build our market share and increase our customer base. These include:
Developing marketing collaterals to drive marketing campaign activities
Managing our microsite
Designing new applications and create sample kits
Supporting regional (onsite, online and hybrid) or local OpCo events
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS: Planning and Conceptualization 1. Plan concept by studying relevant information and conducting market research from related teams in the organization 2. Collaborate with related marketing teams to conceptualize projects and briefs 3. Illustrate concepts by designing samples for artwork arrangement, font and style 4. Collect and gather inputs prior to preparing final artwork 5. Plan project schedule according to required timelines and ensure a consistent design and message across promotional materials
Artwork Finalization, Printing and Finishing 1. Review final artwork and proactively suggest improvements when necessary 2. Communicate with related teams about layout and design including seeking final approvals from management 3. Prepare finished artwork via the use of digital print equipment and software 4. Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and printers where necessary 5. Support and resolve issues as required throughout project development 6. Organize shipment, packaging and distribution to all OpCos in the region
Campaign Deployment & Event Support 1. Deploy GC marketing campaigns to the APAC region and support both regional and local OpCos events 2. Collaborate with the respective OpCo GC teams to prepare the theme, concept, booth design and all related activities 3. Create eDMs, invitations, social media campaigns and registration pages to garner customer interest and participation in our events (onsite, online and hybrid) and monitor the number of participants 4. Prepare presentation templates and collaborate with speakers to ensure presentation slides are visually appealing and consistent
Reporting & Projects 1. Prepare Weekly, Monthly and Yearly reports on detailed activities, work in progress and results tracking 2. Implement control, and continuous improvement of processes 3. Support specific GC task force activities or special projects/events to drive the GC business in APAC
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/Diploma in graphic design or related field
At least 3 to 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in graphic design and marketing or related field
Experience in digital print will be valuable
Experience as a graphic designer or in related field
Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other desktop publishing software
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Able to give and receive constructive input and feedback
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
Ability to work with a people from diverse cultures and at all levels
Proficient in English language to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, in reading and writing
