Check Measurement result locally made parts and customer\'s packages
Check Measured IC socket and components report
Verify customer\'s package drawing to existing socket drawing
Check Modify and assemble parts for IC sockets
Participant to global engineering team
Provide technical support for Sales as needed
Provide technical support to customer through phone, email and on-site work
Interact with vendors on issues of piece parts manufacturing
Provide quality check for assembly and piece parts
(II) Information to Management and Reporting
Collect, interpret, evaluate and summarize information for the purpose of reporting to senior management to assist with decision making process
Communicate on regular basis with other departments, management, customers, assigned factory and freight forwarder
May at time, share information with external consultant working on behalf of the company
May attend outside meeting, such as company group meeting, seminar, trade show, convention and conference, for both information sharing and learning purpose
Plan, coordinate and prepare both routine and special requested report, survey, research information and presentation related to departmental work activity
(III) Other and Miscellaneous
Perform special project and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Management
Report all irregular issue and problem to supervisor for resolution
Plan, prepare and give presentation to the customer, trade show, meeting and etc.
Develop new business with own specialty knowledge and experience
Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree (BS) in Engineering or Sciences or equivalent
At least 3 years previous experience in IC SOCKET or Connector design experience
Design & use machining, stamping & injection molding parts
Using Solidworks experience in 3D design, 2D drawing creation
Product Problem analysis and project management experience
Thermal simulation experience (Tool Ref: Solidworks) (It is not essential, but good to have)
High frequency electromagnetic structure simulation experience (Tool Ref: Ansys HFSS) (It is not essential, but good to have)
Managerial experience (It is not essential, but good to have)
