• Provide artwork briefs from sales to the design team and follow up on artwork status.
• Review company given websites to source for prospective leads for the company
• Prepare paperwork, such as quotations, sales orders/purchase orders, and others.
• Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure project completion within schedule.
• Prepare sales proposals for management review with help from salesperson.
• Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks

- Design Intern for Arts Studio Dept

• Assist in various stages of the creative process, including brainstorming sessions and design execution.
• Collaborate with designers in our Malaysia office, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Contribute to product design projects, with a focus on creating visually appealing and functional merchandise.
• Participate in the development of design concepts and prototypes, incorporating feedback from senior designers.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all design work, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and adapt to new design tools, techniques, and trends.
