DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with design / project team, consultants / contractors to ensure compliance of design intent
Prepare design, documentation and specification in accordance with building codes, authority guidelines, project and client requirements
Implement digital design delivery using BIM tool and process
Facilitate in contract management and administration
Ensure that buildings and its related works are constructed as per Contract Documents and Site Instructions complied with Authority Requirements for clearances

JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)

A recognized Degree in Architecture recognised by the Board of Architecture (BOA), Singapore
Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant architectural experience
Strong knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and local construction practices
Conversant with local codes and regulations
At least 1-year BIM project implementation experience with in-depth knowledge of Revit Architecture
Knowledge of computer 3D and presentation programmers / BIM related software, plug-in, add-on, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) or visual programming would be an advantage
The ability to work as an added team player and possess good interpersonal skills
