Job Description

Design & Technical Coordination

Produce AutoCAD/3D drawings for facade, interior wall, ceiling and flooring systems according to clients' requirements Coordinate with Professional Engineers (PE) for all structural & technical submissions Liaise with architects to align design intent with technical feasibility Prepare technical proposals and design presentations for clients Resolve detailing, fixing methods and material interface issues Attend site meetings with architects and clients
Quantity Surveying & Contract Administration

Perform BQ take-offs for projects and quotations Support sales team with quantity verification and contract clarification Assist in awarding subcontractors and defining their work scope Process Purchase Orders (POs) for suppliers, subcontractors and Variation Orders (VO) Source suppliers and liaise for quotations & costing Process monthly progress claims to clients and subcontractors Monitor site progress and submit monthly progress claims to main contractor

Job Requirements

Diploma or degree in a relevant field of study such as Interior Design or Architecture Proficient in AutoCAD software, Adobe and Microsoft Office Two years' relevant experience in a related industry Innovative, creative and ability to work independently Preferably have experience in architectural work
