Job Description

Omni HR is excited to announce an open position for a Designer. The Designer at Omni HR will work closely with our marketing and product teams to create engaging designs in line with our brand's aesthetic and audience's preferences.

Role Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and concepts Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables) Design visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to deliver high-impact messages Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Use design software to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines Amend designs after feedback to ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent practical experience Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics Proficient in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication skills with the ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
