About The Company Mitsui Bussan Commodities Limited (MBCL) is a full service price risk management company. We support our clients to manage the impact of price fluctuations across their respective value chains and reduce their exposure to risk in order to protect or optimise profitability. Our international team supports a global client base with round-the-clock access to metals and energy derivatives markets.


What you will do Assist the traders & marketers in their role of trading derivative instruments on behalf of the Company in the most effective manner possible within all Company policies and protocols on risk, credit and exposures.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Assist the traders in all aspects of Front Office Trading with a focus on marketing;
• Build and Maintain relationships with clients and market counterparts;
• Learn to undertake commodities trading activities when required in accordance with instructions and orders received through the company system;
• Maintain the credit process and outstanding applications, including providing information on reviews, for Asia-Pacific clients;
• Maintain knowledge of LME (London Metal Exchange), CME and SGX markets covering pricing, fundamentals of demand and supply and other influences on these markets, sharing this knowledge with the business as required;
• Administer clients, active and proposed, within the company franchise especially within the Asia
• Pacific time zone to satisfy the needs of the company and support the functions of London office;
• To ensure compliance with any regulatory requirements needed to perform main duties & responsibilities.
• To provide information as required for management upon request.
  

• Native in Korean and excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Basic understanding of commodity derivatives would be desirable;
• Advanced Excel and numerical skills;
• Team player with self-initiative;
• Able to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
