Logistics Specialist (Korean Speaker)

The Job:
- Coordinate and ensure inbound shipment documents to Korea are accurately reflected
- Handle local enquiries on products such as stock availability, product information, shipping statuses
- Monitor all issues related to customer orders and delivery processes
- Manage claims & reverse logistics
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs team for registration of new products and batch control for quality tests
- Coordinate with 3PL for inbound/outbound shipments and stock management
- Compile data reports and information when necessary
- Diploma/degree in any discipline
- Minimally 2 years of order management and logistics coordination experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP) and SAP system is a plus
- Fluency in Korean language is a must to liaise daily with native-speaking Korean counterparts
