ROLE : Deskside SupportRole Level: Junior-MidLOCATION: Naga City-General LunaEmployment Type: Project Hire Budget: PHP 12k-13kCLIENT INDUSTRY: FINANCIAL SERVICESWork Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pmContract Duration: until October 31, 2022 (subject for extension or even absorption depends on the project needs and performance)Work Location: Naga City-General LunaRequirements 1 year experience as desk side support can also consider fresh graduate with technical backgroundResponsibilities

• Performs 2nd level hardware problem determination, troubleshooting, diagnostic and resolution of enrolled IT resources herein mentioned including the appropriate evaluation and recommendation if upgrade or replacement of unit is needed.
• Performs restoration, reinstallation or reconfiguration of Software, including device driver and network connectivity necessary to fix an incident i.e. due to HDD hardware problem.
• Perform data sanitation using disk wipe tool Deploy onsite security patches on a monthly basis as needed.
• Perform remediation on infected systems, provided that these infecting ions are isolated incidents.
• Apply software patches or fixes as required to fix the incident reported.
• Resolve the problem or escalates it to the respective internal or external technical support personnel/team by informing the Service Desk, depending on the severity of the reported problem/s.
• Provide client end user copies of service activity reports.
• Performs semi-annual Preventive Maintenance for printers and peripherals.
• Accomplish Preventive Maintenance Checklist to ensure completeness of PM activity.
• Provide proactive service that anticipates future Desktop failures and resolves it proactively such that any impact is minimized
