Responsible for the construction, testing, installation, operation, and facility management of client platforms to meet business needs and service levels.
Troubleshoot and resolve client platform-related issues promptly, providing temporary or permanent fixes as needed.
Respond to incidents, perform investigations, and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Handle service requests related to client platforms and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Document and maintain system configurations, and provide periodic performance reports.
Participate in and manage client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
Conduct research and evaluation of client platform tools and technologies.
Provide technical advice and support to customers and project teams.
Manage client platform management systems, including change requests and version updates.
Support pre-sales activities related to client platforms.
Gather and analyze business or application infrastructure requirements for design and implementation.
Ensure operational consistency across projects by establishing facility management standards and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Education: Open to fresh graduates
Mandatory Skills: Windows 10,
Preferred Skills: Windows 11
Standby Requirement: 24x7 standby rotation
